| Guo-Shing Township is located in the middle part of Taiwan. It is surrounded by mountains. There are two rivers in Guo-Shing, one is Bei-Gang River and the other is Nan-Gang River, and they flow together and become Wu-River. There are many people live in the river basin.

| The area of Guo-Shing is 175.704 square kilometer. The administrational areas are divided according to the terrain into 13 villages, they are: Guo-Shing, Shi-Men, Da-qi, Chang-Liu, Chang-Feng, Chang-Fu, Bei-Gang, Qian-Gou, Fu-Gui, Gan-Lin, Da-Shi, Bei-Shan and Nan-Gang. |
